  • All API requests are encrypted, and authentication tokens are required for all data requests.

In the event of a data breach, Axelgate s.r.o. has a response plan in place. If a breach occurs, we will:
  1. Contain and assess the breach – Immediately investigate and mitigate risks.
  2. Notify affected users – If personal data is compromised, we will notify impacted users within 72 hours (as required under GDPR).
  3. Report to relevant authorities – If required, we will report the breach to data protection authorities.
  4. Implement corrective measures – Strengthen security and prevent future breaches.
